Terms of Service
Effective and last updated September 4, 2026
These Terms govern your use of BinderPop’s website, installed web app, mobile app, account, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. If local law requires a higher age or parental consent, that rule applies. The Service is not directed to children under 13 and is not submitted to the App Store’s Kids Category.
2. Accounts and guest mode
You may use guest mode without an account. Guest progress stays on that browser or device and may be lost if storage is cleared, the app is removed, private browsing is used, or the device changes. Signed-in progress is stored with the account and may sync across devices. You are responsible for access to your sign-in provider and for activity under your account.
3. Collection data and public features
Your binder selections, watchlists, settings, profile, feed posts and uploaded photos, direct messages, and offer messages are your content. Profiles, binder progress, binders, quantities, and offers are private or disabled by default. If you publish a post or photo, enable profile or binder visibility, or share a vendor list, the information shown in that feature becomes available to the stated audience. Never publish an exact home address, financial information, passwords, private documents, or other sensitive information.
You grant BinderPop a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, display, and transmit your content only as needed to operate, secure, back up, and improve the Service. You keep your ownership rights.
4. Card-show offers and transactions
BinderPop can help collectors prepare watchlists and introduce buyers and sellers. BinderPop is not the buyer, seller, broker, payment processor, shipping provider, authenticator, or escrow agent. Users are responsible for card condition, authenticity, title, taxes, payment, delivery, safety, and compliance with applicable law. Any transaction is directly between the people involved.
5. Prices and catalog information
Prices, images, set details, rarity, and other catalog information may come from third-party sources, may be delayed or inaccurate, and are provided for planning only. They are not an appraisal, guarantee, or financial recommendation. Verify the card, condition, recent sale data, and final price before a transaction.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, break the law, infringe rights, upload malicious code or images you do not have the right to share, scrape or overload the Service, bypass access controls, impersonate others, send spam, manipulate offers, or use public features to harass, deceive, or distribute illegal or objectionable content. We may restrict or remove content or accounts to protect users, the Service, and legal rights.
Community includes tools to report posts, profiles, messages, and offers and to block another collector. Use them in good faith. BinderPop may review reported content, remove content, restrict messaging or offers, preserve evidence where legally required, and suspend or terminate accounts. Users must not evade a block or moderation action.
7. Intellectual property, card imagery, and independent status
The BinderPop name, original icon, software, written content, and interface are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Card artwork, card images, character names and designs, set symbols, product names, logos, and related trademarks displayed in the Service are third-party materials owned by their respective rights holders. BinderPop does not claim ownership of, sell, or grant a license to those materials.
Where third-party card material is displayed, it is used to identify physical collectibles and provide collection-management features. Its inclusion does not imply that a rights holder sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with BinderPop. Any subscription, purchase, advertising revenue, or other fee associated with BinderPop pays only for BinderPop’s original software, hosting, data processing, support, and other services—not for ownership of or a license to third-party artwork or trademarks.
No part of these Terms gives a user permission to reproduce, download, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit third-party card images or marks. If you own or are authorized to represent rights in material displayed by BinderPop and believe its use should be reviewed, please send an image-rights request. We will review sufficiently detailed requests and, where appropriate, remove, disable, or replace the material.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these Terms. We will post the updated date and provide additional notice when required by law. Keep an export of information you cannot afford to lose.
9. Account deletion
You can initiate permanent deletion from the account panel while signed in. Deletion removes the authentication account and associated live profile, progress, public binder, posts, conversations, blocks, and offer records. Abuse and safety records may be retained where reasonably necessary or required by law. Encrypted disaster-recovery copies may remain for a limited retention period before rotating out, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and limits
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. BinderPop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits or data, counterfeit cards, or disputes between users. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
